      They sent me shoes in cheap shipping plastic that are clearly used floor models or maybe the warehouses test set, which happened to get damaged in shipping because of said mentioned cheap shipping packaging. Then they want me to pay for a protective box to secure used damaged goods(more than the cheap plastic they use for their customers) so that they can eventually send me a pair when they come into stock since they're out.

      To whom it may concern,
      We as a distribution of bowling goods. All the shoe are shipped the same in industrial shipping bags that are weather resistance. The shoes in question are new shoes that have no damage or issue with the shoes at all. For the complaint we are receiving we ship and treat all customer to the highest satisfaction.

      Evidence I sent of scuffed shoes and damaged shoe and shoe box from improper shipping prove your statement otherwise. It was the last set in stock and your company clearly sent me some used shoes to try and gain a profit. Then you take weeks to respond and claim ignorance even in the face of evidence.

      Honestly, I am confused as the issue. we have a 60 day return policy free of charge and pay return shipping. If you are unhappy please return the product for a full refund. Thanks
