    If I could give zero stars I would, Matt took our $400 and never filed our taxes. He won't return calls and you can't leave a message because his mailbox is always full. He did a great job last year that's why we went back. Something is seriously wrong with this company, stay far away. Now we have to pay someone else to properly complete are taxes.

    We paid 350 for our taxes and 450 for an amendment on 3/25/25 which we found expensive, but paid since we didn’t want our taxes to be filed late. We are still waiting for our filed returns which we signed and was told we were just waiting for the guy who did it Matt M****** to get ink for his printer. Today after calling many times and getting no response back we go here to the tax office to find it closed at 11am. We are really fed up and worried now that our taxes won’t be filed and he took our money and had our information.

    WORST tax preparer I have EVER filed with. Paid **** on Feb 10 2025, and he didnt file my business taxes at all, and he refuses to show me the confirmation email from the *** that he file for one. Barely replies to texts, never answers calls, and when he does he has every excuse in the book on why he still havent finished. I paid him $450, and he continues to ask for my information after Ive given it to him THREE TIMES already. *** already reported this company as fraud with my bank to charge back my credit card, and will proceed with legal action for not getting the services I paid for, and costing me another $800 for filing LATE. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! And the ONLY reason I gave this company one star is because its required at a minimum.
