In April, Mikey's Tree Services cut and trimmed some of our trees. They did the work a week too earlier than agreed upon, so we were not home, we were on a cruise. When we returned, we found that one tree had not been trimmed. When **** came to be payed for the work, we told him about the tree they had missed. The tree by the power line.We paid him for the entire job and **** told us that he would take care of it.A few days later, I saw one of their trucks by the tree.By the time I got outside, the truck was gone. They had cut only four small branches that were touching the power line.I called and spoke with ****'s partner and told him that we had paid for the entire tree to be trimmed, not just the four small branches. He told me that he would come by the house that same day to resolve the issue. He didn't come.Next morning my wife called and spoke with the partner about him not showing up.He said that he had come by, saw that the tree still needed to be trimmed and decided that there was no need to knock on the door.He said that he had put us on the schedule and that they would take care of it.Two weeks went by, but I wasn't concerned, not knowing where we were on their schedule. We went away for two weeks and when we returned, I sent *****'s a message through their website. Told them about the tree that still had not been trimmed and our dealings with his partner.**** called me the next morning and tried to put the blame on us for not informing him sooner.Asked me to send him a copy of the quote, and that he would take care of it.We sent him the quote that same morning through his ******** page. No response.About a week later we sent him the quote again via his email account. Again no response. At this point, we don't care anymore about the tree not being trimmed or the $150 that he charged us.But we would like for this complaint to be on the record.Sincerely,***** and *******************

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Although an apology is good. I cannot accept it until after the job is completed or my $150 is refunded.

Again we are sorry the customer is not happy but I have advised as the owner I would be willing to come back out and finish the tree service in order to resolve the issues they are listing but I will not be doing any refunds of any kind. If the customer will allow me onto the property we can resolve this and move on.
