    We stayed at this B&B **** * ********. During the day on ***** the A/C went out on our floor, causing the temperature to reach ** degrees. We therefore left the ceiling fan on high and went to dinner and to walk around town, only to return to find that a significant amount of water had dripped from the ceiling fan and soaked our bed. Housekeeping did come up right away to change out the linens, but the A/C was not fixed and we then could not use the ceiling fan due to the water. We were unable to open the door window due to the sound of a loud rock band playing next door until after midnight. The General Manager was unable to move us to a different room and to avoid us having to drive the *** hours home (this was around *****pm) on a Saturday night, she agreed to refund us for the night's stay $**** She stated again on Sunday morning via phone that she would refund Saturday night. At this point, I have left messages, sent texts, sent an email, and attempted to contact someone via Facebook Messenger and our refund has yet to be processed. We would just like the **** that was promised to us back. Our booking confirmation number was ********
