      On 09/17/2021 I paid this company $285 for them to help me with a case involving a debt collector trying to sue me. They told me they would keep me out of court. They scheduled mediation sessions with the court on 09/17/2021 that they never attended OR sent me any communication regarding the results. They would only respond via text, very seldom via email. I received a notification of a required court appearance to have a judgement placed against me on 8/22/2022. The company/representatives never appeared before the court during that scheduled date. When I asked why they didn't appear they said it was my fault for not informing them but they received prior communications from the court. I requested a refund in my $285 because this company did nothing to help me, they only took my money and placed a POA with the debt collection company which prevented me from speaking with them for a number of months.

      I am rejecting this response because: the letter sent April 2022 was never forwarded to me by Resolution, USA. The last contact I have from them is date October 21, 2021. Please see the attached which shows a screenshot of my email communications with this company.
