    If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. As someone who has never been seen by them I can only speak for the experience that I had with the front office staff. And I can say that after that experience I decided to take my care somewhere else. I have never had a providers office call multiple times a day to confirm the same appointment. And each time they call request that records and MRI CDs be brought. When I mentioned that I would be bringing all reports/MRI with me it was told me that that was fine. Only to receive a call an hour later stating my appointment was going to be cancelled because they had not received my documents. I reiterated to the same man again that I had all required paperwork as previously stated on the phone, he reluctantly agreed to keep the appointment. The day of my actual appointment I went to work and then my phone began to ring again with this place. One call after the other. No voicemails. Just calls. When I stepped out to return the call I got someone different on the phone. I explained ***** that I had the required reports and CD. And I also asked her to please have the man stop calling me since I was at work and seeing patients since I also work in health care. Well fast forward exactly one hour latermy phone rang AGAIN. And it was him calling me to tell me that they had not received my reports or MRIs yet. That is when I said no more. I called cancelled my appointment and will take my care somewhere else. I am sure the providers are great. But I will NOT deal with front desk staff like that. That is highly inappropriate. Especially after I asked to not be contacted again regarding my appointment later in the day.
