    On July 22, **** I rented a refrigerator from Rent A Center, *************** *******. When the unit arrived it was for lack of better words, filthy. The driver explained he had to pick it up from a different store and didn't have time to clean it. I reached out to the company over 6 times from the store to the district manager and no seems to care about resolving the issue or even calling me back. While I rented the unit for 1 month I called after 10 days to tell them I no longer needed the unit and they could come pick it up but they said it would be 6 days(8/8/22) before they could pick it up. When I called to Rent the unit it was delivered in less than 24 Hours. I simply want to warn other consumers about rent-center of ***************, **. Since I am insulin dependent and desperately needed a refrigerator for a short period of time I am sorry that I chose Rent A Center to fulfill my needs.
