- Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt, as long as they are in new condition in it's original packing. Tour ticket purchase are non-refundable. Tour departure date and time can be changed until 24 hours before departure for groups less than 10 people. For 10 people or more changes have to be done at least 7 days ahead of booked tour.
