    Everyone from the company involved in our major trimming and removal of trees was kind Professional and polite. ***** walked me through the yard, educating me on all of the trees I owned and informed me which ones needed attention and why, plus what to look for in the future. The team arrived early everyday and got along beautifully. They never needed anything, completely self sufficient. They worked incredibly hard to get everything done to my satisfaction and removed all debris and left the place neat and organized before they left each day.The only negatives were that the city has us in limbo for almost 2 months waiting for a permit to complete the removal portion of the project and it created a gap in our communication which was stressful. Once I expressed my feelings they stayed in touch daily. These are truly good guys that want to help people while making a living. And because I had never had this type of work done I was not prepared to move all of my plants in a rush. Many planters got smashed and rooted plants got ripped out of ground rather than dug up. For anyone else I suggest getting help and prepare your yard prior to the work. I hated having to make the tree team move everyone of my hundreds of plants, but they didn't mind at all. It will be 10 years before I will need any major work again but when I do and any yearly trimming, I'm definitely calling ***** and ******.

    Beware! Hired this company to plant two palm trees at our property, trim the trees, and provide maintenance for them. (Water daily for a month, fertilize every 10 days for a month). Told us he was broke, so we paid him in full. Big mistake. Trees were planted and then he ghosted us. Had to keep bugging him to come back to trim, and he complained and finally did, but left all the Debris for us to clean up, then trimmed the tree completely leaving no branches, then came back again with a dump truck and dumped more Debris in our yard from other job. We have him on Ring camera video doing it.
