    NEGLIGENT PROVIDER and LOST PART OF MY RECORDS!!!! I came here because of the good reviews. At my first visit, I thought very highly of them, they were patient and kind. The Botox treatment I received was redone and still wasn't effective. I also got filler, and after 4 months, it shifted into one area and caused redness to my eye (poor placement). She removed everything, I was in tears (disappointed and embarrassed, with massive bruises). ***** told me not to worry she would make it right. When I finally went back, she dismissed me from the practice and said she couldn't do anything further! I requested all of my records, I got part of them but was told they couldn't give me the incident pictures until corporate allowed them to. After a year of asking, I wrote a google review and the new *** reached out and said she would see what she could do. Now the new *** states they LOST my records. I have learned that they were negligent and made a mistake with my treatment, and instead of them doing the right thing, they dismissed me. Then to lose someone's records, personal documents, that is a big concern of mine. Bad work, negligence, empty promises, pain and losses!!!

    We are responding to the letter
    dated Thursday, May 23, 2024, outlining a complaint about our business, ID ********.
    We thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention.

    The customer complaint is
    regarding services she received at Natural Look ******* ***, not Modern
    Aesthetic Centers. To explain, in April 2023, Modern Aesthetic Centers
    purchased the assets of Natural Look ******* ***. The customers treatments took
    place prior to April 2023, therefore Modern Aesthetic Centers did not provide
    services to the customer.
    Second, when the asset sale took
    place, we acquired medical records previously owned by Natural Look . Upon the customer’s request, we provided her with a copy of all her
    records in our possession. Also, we did an additional search to determine if
    there were any records we failed to provide to her. After our search, it was
    concluded that we had given the customer all of the records in our possession. If
    Natural Look ******* *** did not provide us with records, we can not produce
    them. Thus, the customer’s complaint that Modern Aesthetic Centers is negligent
    and lost part of her record is not accurate. Additionally, her statement “the
    new *** states they LOST my records” is false as that was never stated.
    Third, in regard to the customers
    statement “I have learned that they were negligent and made a mistake with my
    treatment…” has no support. The records provided by Natural Look ******* ***
    indicate that her treatments were performed according to all protocols. Also, as
    indicated in the consent form signed by the customer, there are risks
    associated with the treatment she received. See attached informed consent
    forms.
    Last, the customer was never
    dismissed from Natural Look ******* *** or Modern Aesthetic Centers. Instead,
    we decided to not perform the same treatment the customer received at Natural
    Look ******* *** because of the reaction she had.
