    THE ULTIMATE STORE IS A SCRAM BUSINESS. THEY TRY TO SCRAM PEOPLE BY TELLING THEM THERE IS A VIRUS ON THERE COMPUTER. THEY WILL REMOVE IT FOR A PRICE. WHEN THEY ARE DONE, THEY SELL YOU ON A CONTRACT THAT SAYSM YOUR COMPUTER IS FREE OF THE VIRUS FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT, YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM A HIGH CANCELLATION FEE. IF YOU DO NOT PAY IT ON TIME. THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS AND CHARGE YOU $1900.00 FOR THE NEXT 4 YEARS.

    On June 16th I was on my laptop and got a Trojan virus upon it and I was traumatized. I then called the number on the screen and it was someone that asked me what is the reason for my call and I described to them what happened. They asked me if I was using Windows or Mac and I answered. When I gave them access to enter inside my laptop they gave me the IP address of the person that hacked my computer and they printed some information on my screen to keep a copy of. My problem is that I only have had my laptop less than a year, and it came with a year of protection and they first was going on charge me $299.00 then they changed it to $100.00, then I was told that they work with or for Microsoft.  I did tell them that I would pay them by making payments but after I tried emailing them and it said address not found, and calling the number provided and no one picked up the phone it makes me suspicious! I have had 10 ID theft cases in my life and now they are saying that they will send it to collections when all I am asking is to provide me with legitimate paperwork of this bill. Even though I have to get my computer is still not fixed !!!

    Exactly the same as reported by ******************My computer froze up on me in June 2023, a number came up to call to get it fixed. I was led to believe that I was calling a help line. In order for them to help me I had to mail them $599.00USD for a them to install a so-called network and lifetime firewall. I agreed to that. They are now attempting to charge $6800.00 for a renewal fee. A very rude phone person continues to ****** me. This is a Scam! Do NOT use them!!

    I truly believe that this business believes n extortion and is not upfront with their customers about fees that are hidden in their contract, Also i believe that this business hacked my computer, so that they could then fix the computer for extortionate fees. This is a really bad business, so be warned. *********************.

    I have issue with my computer and when I called the number the technician assisted me and fixed all the problems on my computer after taking control of my computer and everyhting was happening in front of me and my computer is working great and I am enjoying working on it. He charged me only 499 bucks on Ultimate Store for the security and from last 2 months I am using their services and securities and everything seems to be working fine. *************** you guys are doing a wonderful job by helping people like me.Thanks a ton

    My computer froze up on me in January 2023, a number came up for me to call to get it fixed. I was led to believe that I was calling ********* help line. In order for them to help me I had to mail them $399.00 for a onetime fixation and lifetime firewall. I agreed to that. Now they are charging me $6800.00 for ip renewal fee. I was shown by their rude phone person that the original note said I would be charged $5800.00 which I did not agree to. In order to cancel this service I now must pay $2000.00. Feels like extortion and scam to me. Do not use them.

    They were to protect my computer network from hackers, well they didn't they were the problem
