    PF Construction LLC Sarasota FL hired full roof replacement of lanai Contract signed 11/30/2024 document stated engineering to be done permit pulled I've asked every person in the chain of command for this My question gone unanswered Did my own research after speaking to inspector from SRQ, when he was here to inspect carport, that permit posted, Lanai's never been pulled I have to prove to my INS this was done. I will not be held responsible for any fines. Roof replaced twice 1st time by unqualified, unsupervised, disrespectful 2 man crew GM and another man came by pointed out every error on this project. Promised it would be taken care of. Two men showed from PF 1 who I thought was a contractor to later find out he was salesman. Tried to patch to fix. Called said he could not consciously leave the roof the way it was He'd order new materials call when they were in and come to replace roof for the 2nd time New crew replaced roof never secured center beam. Not enough time to finish. GM point of contact now. I questioned the unsecured center beam and other areas. He became very unprofessional, aggressive, verbally loud and frightening. I had witness there with me. He said they'd be back Monday 10 days later patched again water leaking inside lanai above the slider in many areas Reached out to another level of MGM On my way home neighbors called GM standing outside truck didn't come home until gone requested GM not be on property and sent GM a message directly MGMT had another contractor come by secured beam patched again continued leaking reached out again. Next contractor sent to make a list of what needed to be done He went to MGMT with a list Notified this contractor would be on property and to please reach out to him Questioned MGMT as to whether everything on the list was being done As of 3/21 no response Contractor was told to just seal it Paid bal of $7000 to MGMT in good faith Roof tarped prevent DMG request money back and have co that did carport do lanai
