    $59.95 Purchase made online 1/8/25 for a CPR course on 1/9/25 at 6pm. At 2pm on 1/9/25 I received a text 4hrs before the class that it was cancelled and that I would have to reschedule. Immediately I texted back that I wanted a refund. The text reply asked me to email certain details to their company website for a refund. I complied with all instructions and received a coercive email back stating that I must reschedule, no mention of the refund that I requested. I emailed back again that I did not want to reschedule, but AGAIN request a refund. Then all communication from the company ceased. AFTER my online purchase on 1/8/25, the company also tried to upsell extra fees for text materials and insurance in case I did not pass? This was quite suspicious compared to many of the same courses taken in the past. This company appears intentionally deceptive with charges and practices after they obtain a credit card purchase. I am requesting a full refund and that the BBB please investigate fraudulent business practices. I also resent the time I have had to waste dealing with what should have been a straightforward refund issue, for failure to render services by the individual running this company. This is Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for an education provider.

    Please find the receipt of the refund attached for your reference. The funds should reflect in the customers account within 510 working days, depending on their banks processing time.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    If the business would have communicated a resolution instead of going silent, this could have all been avoided??
