    We received an email the day of our wedding from the dj canceling on us , they apologized by email and said we would be receiving a full refund it has been three months and still no refund , there company has blocked us on all social media and won't return emails or texts , I talked to the owner at an event he was at and he blamed his office and said he would get back to me in a day or two it has been almost a week and no communication has been received

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the DJ services provided for my wedding on September 28, 2024. Unfortunately, the services rendered did not align with what was advertised or agreed upon, leading to a disappointing experience on such an important ****** L Mo was contracted to be our DJ, but on the day of the event, an alternate DJ was sent without any prior notification to me, my husband, or our event coordinator. This unexpected change caused confusion and impacted the overall service quality.During the ceremony, there were issues with sound checking, and the songs played were choppy, disrupting the flow of the event. We had completed the homework guide and indicated that we were comfortable with guest song requests. However, the DJ refused several requests, including one from my husband (the groom) for the song Not Like Us by ******** *****, claiming it was not wedding appropriate. The song was eventually played after persistent requests, but other guests also reported their requests being denied.Additionally, despite having provided a detailed playlist prior to the event, none of the songs we selected were played. Furthermore, an activity mentioned in the homework guidethe chair gamewas omitted without explanation.We purchased the platinum wedding package, which included the Dancing on the Clouds effect and two sparklers for our first dance, along with two additional sparklers for my entrance for a total of $2850. Unfortunately, one of the sparklers for the first dance did not work, and the Dancing on the Clouds effect was not as advertised, appearing more like low fog. I have attached photos for ************ my wedding day was a once-in-a-lifetime event, these issues have left me deeply disappointed. I trusted his services to deliver on this special occasion, and I am seeking a prompt resolution to address these concerns. I have reached out multiple times without success. Thank you for your time and consideration.
