On June 10 2022 I entered into a contract with this company. The amount of the payment to which I rendered them was *****. In exchange for this payment ARC was to build and manage a drop shipping business for me selling various types of products through a website. ARC had a written guarantee in the contract which stated "ARC Automation hereby agrees to refund the Customer the amountof the Initial Payment in the event the Store fails to generate gross profit in the amount equal tothe Initial Payment during the period beginning on the Effective Date and eighteen (18) monthsfollowing the Effective Date (the Guarantee Period). Any guarantee payments earned duringthe Guarantee Period shall be paid by ARC Automation in equal monthly installments for aperiod of six (6) months. Gross profit shall me calculated irrespective of Payment Holds. As of this date Dec 18 2023 my eighteen months have expired and ARC failed to generate the profits equal to the initial payment. As a matter of fact ARC produced ZERO profits during this 18 month timeframe. My efforts to communicate with the company and resolve this issue by having them honor the contract have failed. They have stopped responding to my communications. I had a video meeting with one of the owners in the month of November about my concerns at that time about receiving my guaranteed refund and he assured me they are a reputable company that honors their contracts. I have a video and audio recording of this meeting.
