    I contacted this company to inform them that I only received one vile of semiglutide, which was making me very nauseous. The vile only had half the liquid in it. They said I was on an 8-week program, but they never sent me any more products, and I have been disputing the product since I was vomiting. The company's customer service never calls me back; they have an undeliverable email. I believe this company is a scam, and I would like a refund.

    To Whom It May *************************** ***************, Dob: 08/28/1969 . Was evaluated and consulted on 04/29/2024 for weight loss program following these steps and guidelines: 


    1 hour of Consultation with the sales representative, along with going over and having *************** sign all intake and consent paperwork, stating the side effects and the non refundable agreement.

    15 minutes medical consult with a Nurse Practitioner (Provider)

    Her prescription was sent to ********** Pharmacy for Semaglutide 2.5 mg dose for 7 weeks program identify with the ** # *******.

    Medication was delivered on May 2nd, 2024.

    ***************, DOb 08/28/1969 was given copies of the consent form she signed that went over side effects (nausea being a very common one). These side effects were gone over in detail on her zoom call with the physician as well and she went through with the order. *************** was also given the email of ********************** and our toll free number of 888-REWAKEN. She has never contacted us on either number. The local Patient Coordinator she did talk to has given her this email and phone number numerous times and if contacted by phone or email we would have been able to prescribe medicine to help with the nausea and still can. This side effect is common and was well documented that she was aware and was also given the diet plan to avoid this side effect.

    We also called and left *************** voicemail messages on three different occasions and never heard back.
