    02/11/2024 I made a reservation through the company previously mentioned and received email confirmation that my booking was confirmed. However, in the fine print of the confirmation, it stated that my credit card had yet to be charged, and my e-tickets along with airline confirmation would be sent in a separate email once payment had been processed following verification and authentication by their team. It also mentioned that I would be promptly notified of any payment processing issues and advised to contact them via the number provided on www.bookdreamfares.com ****************) if I hadn't received an email or call within 24 hours of making the reservation. Furthermore, the policy highlighted the need for travelers to verify their flight *********-48 hours before departure.The booking policy outlined fees for changes in travel dates or names, noting that tickets are nontransferable, and stated that cancellations or refunds were not permitted.On the 12th, the company contacted me due to a payment issue, which was quickly resolved. Later that evening, I received a new itinerary from the airline, including an unexpected stopover in ***. Despite their claim of 24/7 customer service, my attempts to discuss this change over the phone were unsuccessful, and my email inquiry was met with a response that they had tried to reach me but proceeded to book an alternative due to my unavailability. I noticed there were still available options, albeit at a higher price.Previously, I had seen a fare of $135 on United's website, but ended up paying $585 through this agency, which offered a 20-25% discount on their site. Despite having meetings and conferences scheduled around the original flight, the company did not consider this sufficient reason to honor the initially confirmed booking.
