Date of transaction: 12/2/2022 This was our 3rd year going to painting with a Twist, we usually have a great time but this time it was awful. Our artist - was taking shots of Alcohol and wouldn't assist us with the painting (photos attached of what the painting was supposed to look like and what ours turned out to look like. Our artist didn't want to teach or guide us in anyway. We called the manager on 12/5/2022 to let her know she stated we needed to email her as I did. She then says she needed to speak with the owner since it was such a serious issue. She stated she would follow up in 48 hours and never did we had to follow up with her. She took us on a roller coaster. We finally were able to speak with the owner which she was very passive aggressive. She looked at the final photos that I submitted and she stated she wanted to make it right. She offered us 2 options - 1. Refund or 2. Redo the session We all choose to redo the painting. Her and I were corresponding a few times trying to set up the session and then all of a sudden she completely stopped all communication. We have tried serval times to reach out to her but she wont reach back out, its very unprofessional. We just all want our money back at this point and we will never go back to this business again. We paid a total of $520.There was 13 of us that attended the painting Christmas party. My staff is extremely upset and want this to be settled the professional way! Please refund us.
