My wife and I are recently re-located house flippers from ******** and have used the Clog Kings team at both our personal residence in ************ as well as 2 new flip projects for us in the Mainlands. We can certainly report that the professionalism and skill of plumbers such as ******* and ****** are outstanding. They bot have provided us with excellent customer service and responsiveness (even calling me back on a Sunday morning when ******* wasn't even on call). They seem like true entrepreneurs. In addition their office staff and scheduling team are excellent. ***, the ** of Operations helped us out with a small issue with an unquestioning, can do attitude. After flipping 35 houses in the last 5 years we feel fortunate to have found these ******* professionals

Very prompt response to call for issues with a hot water heater and to install a kitchen faucet that was leaking. The team explained all options regarding hot water heater repair v/s replacement. We opted to replace the thermostat & that appears to have resolved the issue. The installation of the sink faucet was completed without incident. We told the plumbers that we were having a leak issue with the plumbing. They found the leak and fixed it & stated to call them if it started to leak again, as their work was guaranteed. There is no guarantee for unclogging a sewer line. I paid 200.00 and within 5 days line was clogged again. Find someone that guarantees their work.Clog Kings, LLC

Laura, the only reason we did not guarantee unclogging your sewer line is because there are a lot of roots growing into your line. We found roots in your line in May of 2020 as well as again in January of 2023. Unfortunately, there is no way to fix roots other than digging up the line and removing the bad section. Even if we came back out 5 days later and snaked it again, the roots would still be there and clogs would continue to happen. We offered to provide a discounted camera inspection in order to locate exactly where the roots are intruding and provide a free estimate for a more permanent solution. Once we locate roots, we would dig up that particular spot and remove the compromised part of the sewer line. If you are still interested in moving forward with this option please let us know.
