    I filed taxes with *********************** last year January 12th 2022. She ended up doing my taxes fraudulently resulting in her taking ***** dollars from my taxes for doing them as well as getting my taxes flagged bc she didnt put my correct information not even my bank account information was correct. She also lied about my occupation she said I was a cashier and I told her I was unemployed at the time doing self employed work . Due to her messing up my taxes it resulted in me losing ALL of my 2023 taxes . I have kids I cant get a home for now. I begged and begged for help from ***** all last year and i received no help from her or anything she didnt care as long as she got paid . She didnt pay off any tax fees for the money she was taking for fees, she pocketed everything resulting into my tax issue. I shouldve know something was wrong because I also had to ask her for my documents for filing and all she sent me was a tax form that looked made up. She also did it to other people as well whos gotten their whole entire refund taken this year too. I encouraged them to file a complaint against her . I have documents and text messages from her.
