  After Helene, we lost everything in our Clearwater store. On Saturday, we worked to remove items and salvage what we could. An employee rented a U-Haul from St. Pete and drove it to Clearwater to load it. Upon returning to St. Pete, the employee removed all items along with other contract laborers. The tow company preyed on us during our clean up after the hurricane. I tried to contact the company to explain we had lost everything and that the U-Haul was empty, but he said I was wasting my time. I explained that all we had to do was drive it back to the U-Haul, but the driver refused to speak to me on the phone, and the company refused to help. According to our laborers, the driver pushed one of our laborers, and when he began the tow a laborer was on the truck getting the last items out. I was told by the company that we could pick it up for $162 once impounded. Our employee went to pick it up, and they refused to release it to her. This was solely to accumulate more charges, and we are now up to $423. After a hurricane and the devastation we all faced, the company stated today that people like me didn't want to deal with being held accountable despite me explaining what happened. When you look at their reviews, you see that they consistently, for years, have practiced predatory tows. No one asked them to tow us. They simply waited to find someone to make another dollar on, and we were the victims.

  The company towed our car and the employer ***** was beyond unprofessional. My husband walked up to him asking where our car was because we had no idea we couldnt park where we did because its our gyms parking lot, he ignored my husband than told him to read the sign ignorant a** and then proceeded to laugh at him. I walked up with our 3 y/o and said sir do you mind telling me Im not sure whats funny but with our son here we clearly need to know where to pick our car up he gave me a scuff and ignored me as well. We finally found the number to call and when we made the complaint the ** ****** did not help the situation at all. No matter the circumstance, by the customer asking a question that should not lead to the employer threatening to beat their a** and make remarks like that especially with a child present. I felt beyond uncomfortable, disrespected and violated. I only hope the BBB can look into this company and hopefully the owner can implement some changes for the better.

  These people are absolute scum bag crooks. My girlfriend was in Fit2Run and parked in what she thought was their parking lot, less than 10 minutes later her car was gone. These people were rude, condescending and complete *********
