    On February 6, 2024, I noticed my watch was not keeping accurate time. The watch is BALL engineer DG2022A-S3A-BK, Serial Number *******, and is registered with Ball. I sent the watch to an authorized dealer. I have had excellent and responsive service from the dealer. Notwithstanding, it is now May 9 and the dealer has been waiting for months for a new crown and stem from Ball. Finally fed up, I contacted Ball a week ago. They have yet to reply. This is no way to run a watch company. In my missive to Ball, I promised I would be contacting the BBB. My complaint has been met only with silence.. This is an absolutely unacceptable way to run a business. Ball watch should not be selling watches if it does not have the competence to manufacture parts to keep them running. The watch is only a year old or so and this is the third time it is in the shop for inaccurate timekeeping.

    We have not been affiliated with Ball Watch since Dec 31, 2018. when we ceased to e the US Distributor of this brand.  Your unhappiness needs to be registered with Ball Watch SA in *********** as they control parts.

    ********************* has not been with the company since 2020

    The location ***************************** 2022.

    I am saddened that a brand we built in the *** but are no longer involved this is treating you thusly  but we have no way to assist you at this time.
