    To Whom It May Concern,


    On multiple occasions, the Body Electric Yoga Company has tried to help the individual, ***** ******, who filed this complaint. Addressed below are some of the topics mentioned in her complaint filed.


    When she first contacted our business, seeking a refund for a 10-Class Pack, we honored her wishes. We extended a refund to her, as an exemption to our policies, which state on our website and in every purchase receipt, 'All contracts and services purchased at The Body Electric Yoga and Athletic Companies are non-referrable and non-refundable.'


    ****** then requested that we delete her account, to which we responded by informing her that, while we could delete her contact information from our system, we were unable to fully delete her account. Only ****** herself, by contacting our third-party operating and sales service provider, ********, would be able to get her account completely deleted, via an account redaction request. We provided her the phone number and information that we had available to us, however, due to the restrictions of data and privacy laws, only clients can request, directly to ********, that their accounts be deleted and removed entirely from our system. 


    While this was happening, primarily over text, the nature of the conversation continued to decline, with ****** verbally abusing multiple staff members of The Body Electric Yoga Company, and at one point, hanging up on a short phone call that we had to confirm the details of the first refund. By the point in our conversation when ****** began requesting refunds for other purchases, her communications with us were incredibly hostile, despite every attempt that was made to cordially and respectfully problem-solve and help this particular client. For the purchase of the gift card and yoga mat she mentioned, we are unable to refund the former in our system due to constraints regarding gift cards, and the latter is unable to be refunded as we have no record of her purchase of a yoga mat in our system, and she has been unable to provide proof of sale in the form of a receipt.


    We attempted to escalate the matter to our management, to resolve matters in an amicable way, however, ****** was continually hostile and abusive towards our staff members, who tried nothing but to help her. Attached are the texts between us and ***** ******, as well as proof of her refund for her initial purchase of a 10-Class Pack.
