    My light was broken after they put termite treatment in my yard with a Hose. I asked them did they do this and they didn't respond. Then I showed them video and they still didn't respond.

    I have requested my termite contract/agreement from florida pest control. They have refused to provide me with a copy of the legal document. **** who claims he is a manager is very rude and hung up on me after asking him simple questions about my termite treatment that his technician was unable to answer. The technician raymond seemed to have zero experience which led to my call to his so called manager. I would like my termite contract/agreement. I would also like to record of treatment for termites. I have renewed my bond every year since i bought my home. Without a record of treatment or inspection I believe this company has been charging me for zero service. I am requesting a refund since they cannot provide proof of maintenance. I would also like a copy of my contract agreement. I will NOT be renewing my agreement with this shady business. **** the so called manager should alo be reprimanded for dereliction of his duties. Thank you

    *** ******* was inquiring about his termite policy and the treatments and the last time that a treatment was made. *** ******* does have a termite policy with Florida Pest Control and has since 1997 when the home was built. Unfortunately we migrated two offices into one office in October of 2022, and during that migration some files were lost. *** ******* file was one of those files and unfortunately we are not able to provide him with any of the documents that he is asking for.  When the termite manager spoke to *** *******, *** ******* explained that the way the conversation was handled was not very professional and was he was treated with disrespect by what he told me about the conversation. Based off the conversation with *** *******, I agreed that the conversation was not handled correctly and I will be speaking with the Manager in regards to his professionalism and working with customers. 

    In speaking with *** *******, I offered to set up an inspection for him to see if he had any termite issues at his home, and I also shared with *** ******* that after inspection we could do one of two things, we could do a liquid treatment again at no charge, or we could upgrade him to Sentricon at no charge and continue his termite policy into the future. He said that after the inspection that he would let me know which direction that he wanted to go if he was going to stay with us into the future. I also explained to *** ******* that he could call or text me at any time in regards to his account.

    Good afternoon and thank you for looking into my complaint about florida pest control.  The general manager called me and we were able to come to a mutual understanding.  I really do appreciate this checks and balances of companies,  this makes me know that the consumer does have a voice.     A check for $449.00 was mailed to Florida Pest Control on April 27, 2023 and cleared my bank on May 8, 2023. The payment was to cover lawn spraying service for one year provided by Florida Pest Control. Although the check has cleared the bank, Florida Pest Control says I have not paid my bill and continues to call and send notices of non-payment. I have called and talked to someone four different times, they state they are investigating, but I have yet to get any resolution. This has been going on for more than a month.

    This issue has been handled by our corporate billing department when they received the copy of the proof of payment via cleared check from his bank. We apologize to *** ****** for the inconvenience that this has caused. We strive to apply the payment to his account is a timely manner going forward.
