  CEA building group did a complete renovation of my home, working with **** and ***** was an absolute pleasure and the work came out beautifully.The entire team went above and beyond to get the job done ! Thank you again and will be recommending your company to all my friends and family

  do not use them....a warning..we started a build with them and everything went south. leaky sliders, faulty roof,retaining walls build on the neighbors property, entire home built out of level, fraudulent ledgers..the list goes on and on. they arrived in jupiter over 5 years ago and there llc entity has changed 3 times. they have multiple lawsuits against them. the principals have both claimed bankruptcy. many customers in jupiter taken for hundreds of thousands. they operate against state laws. they are not reputable, honest people. we paid @ ******* to remediate issues and them home is still leaking water 2 years later. if you watch the build the redo rate is about 30 percent. if you dont pay attention you will pay for all of there mistakes. they switch subs like the weather. there are many people around town who have had similar situations to us. they are not professionals.

  I have worked with ******* and his team at CEA for almost 10 years. Designing kitchens and baths for his homes. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are very design oriented. The whole team contributes to a well oiled and very organized process. All of his customers have just loved and rave about him! His continued work is all through referrals from his previous clients. In our area, his reputation is excellent and I feel confident to give his name to our clients looking for a builder.

  We have used CEA/Oceanic for 2 separate condo renovations in the last couple of years. To say they are extremely responsive and professional is an understatement. Everything from the first meeting, to estimates/quotes, through to actual construction was always seamless. Schedules were set realistically and in a few cases, exceeded which is rare. From project managers to subs; everyone is a consummate professional and happy to be doing what they are doing, which is refreshing. I’d happily recommend CEA/Oceanic to friends & family.

  Referred to CEA Building Group, LLC by our Realtor and boy did we get lucky!! Reached out to Michael and he came to our home for an initial consultation. One of my favorite things about CEA is that they LISTENED to my “wishlist” and made it happen. This was not an easy remodel as we closed in July and didn’t move to Jupiter until January. Michael, John and Team were timely, creative and right on point every step of the way. We also appreciated that they provided multiple options for every facet of our remodel and didn’t point us to the most expensive option at any time…our choice every time!! Quality of work is top notch and our dream home is almost done (on time and within budget). The only project left to finish is the POOL and our neighbors are so impressed how fast it’s progressing!!! 5 STARS PLUS…would recommend at the highest level!!!

  Mike and the CEA team were wonderful to work with. They were highly engaged every step of the way, ensuring our home was completed on-time and within budget. Their experience and creativity helped us navigate a difficult external environment. The team - to include top-notch 3rd party partners- was highly responsive and collaborative. We love our new home on Jupiter Island!

  CEA Building Group, LLC Honest, hardworking, giving, philanthropic are just a few words to describe CEA Building Group. Michael and Chris and the whole CEA team are by far one of the best builders in the area. Their clients start as customers and end as friends. Not only are they busy with all their construction projects, but they also manage to give and donate their time and services to the Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony as well as other organizations. The work they have done for the Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony does not go unnoticed and it is greatly appreciated. They improved the monument wall in front of Town Hall and built a new security building for the Town where the old Town Hall was.

  I have had a wonderful experience having CEA Building work on my home. I had an extensive renovation 3 years ago. Everything was beautifully done and completed on time. I have had a few other subsequent projects that CEA did for me. The owner is a genuine honest man. He is diligent and quick to respond to any question. His team is neat and pleasant to have in our home. I highly recommend this group.

  As a recent client of CEA Building Group LLC, we would like to acknowledge the professional quality and on-time home construction experienced when building our Florida residence. This project was particularly challenging because most of the planning and decision-making had to be communicated long distance, resulting in a finished product that more than met our expectations. We were very impressed with **** ****** CEO, whose attention to detail and responsiveness to our questions and concerns contributed to the successful completion of our home. **** was able to anticipate problems, correct glitches and provide knowledgeable supervision when directing sub-contractors. Or completed residence came in on budget and **** continues to be available when maintenance issues arise. We highly recommend CEA Building Group for future home construction.

  CEA Building Group is an outstanding group of professionals. They built my home during COVID and got us in 2 months early. The house was beautifully finished and beyond our greatest expectations.Additionally, they returned for several weeks after our COO date to do any touch *** required and always contacted us to make sure we were happy with the final outcome. The are honest and followed the contract agreement by the letter. Each phase was completed first and the billing followed. I could not recommend this group enough and would build again only with them. *********************************************
