      After having 3 of my **** vehicles serviced at Essential Ford, I will never use this dealership again. The general manager ***** was unprofessional and the payment system is a joke. I spent $17,000 on service work within the last 6 months and as a general contractor, small business owner and ******************* customer for the last 25 years I cant believe how poor their customer service is. Ill happily spread the word to keep future customers away.

      After speaking with **************, he never met ************, but was just aware of his circumstances.

      ************ came in late on Friday to pay for his vehicles service with a check. Unfortunately, his check could not clear our checking system at that time. We offered him the option to pay by credit or with debit card, even though the amount exceeded our $5000 limit. ************ was upset and started yelling at the staff.  Our staff was following company policy and explained the situation and tried to help.

      ************ is welcome to come in and speak to our service manager or ************** personally.

      Essentail Ford Service Manager, I though it very unprofessional that you won’t work on my car, why, because I brought to your attention that your business was trying to take advantage of a senior and veteran. Let me explain so you know what was done. I brought my car into Essential Ford on 03/02/2023 to diagnose a parking aid fault after someone hit my wife in a parking lot. The tech found a wire harness ** ************** cut in half. The accident crushed the right rear harness against the frame, cutting it. ****** said part was special order and I had to pay up front and approve the repair. I came in and talked with Service Rep (******) and he gave me the estimate. Essential Ford charged me $122.99 for a $64.40 harness and said it was backordered. They also put a statement that I would owe $705.00 for installation of the harness. I questioned that as the harness is only 30 inches long. Even at $150 shop rate, that is 4.7 hours, NO WAY. I left feeling victimized by the one company that I have spent more money than any other company in my life. Not one good answer came out of ******, so I left with my car. He ended up refunding my money. I ended up ordering the harness myself, it came right in (No Backorder) and I installed it in the hot sun under the car in less than an hour. Now, because I felt the need to call your integrity out, you feel uncomfortable working on my car.

      Last year I took my 2011 Ford Edge limited to the dealer for diagnostic and evaluation, then they found some electrical issue and I spent 1794 dollars, they also manipulate the car's rear camera and place back to the car on reverse and they never took responsibility for it. months later my car started doing the same failure to getting started, I have been trying to contact to Heather Semonish to let her know that the car is presenting the same problem that they supposed to fixed but she is ignoring my calls and text messages. Then I took the car to Sunrise Ford in fort Pierce and they check the car, took the ignition out and in because was placed incorrect by Essential Ford, they also said car have electrical problem and suggested to me to take the car back to you. I'm very unhappy with Essential Ford service and need to be call back for the general manager. my car does not working right now. Thank You, ******* ******

      I am very disturbed by the lack of concern for my daughters safety from the service department at this **** dealership. Let me start by stating that my daughter took her ****************** on 04APR23 for a steering issue. It was intermittently shutting off making it VERY difficult to steer. They pulled up a U3000 code, which is a Power Steering Control Module. My daughter did not tell me this information. She just told me it was a TPS and that they could not duplicate the issue. The issue continued up until I took the car in last week after she drove it and complained about the steering again, she had been out of town for a few weeks. The service manager, ****, then told me about the code they pulled. He said he could not do anything about it because the car had a FACTORY **** ***** TUNE installed. I then proceeded to ask how he could let a car with an obvious defect, in the steering no less, leave his service department. He did not care and I needed to take it somewhere else..... So I did..... ******** knows how to work on **** Performance products. I also have a 2019 Raptor that will never ever see Essential Fords service department.I'm surprised and disgusted that this **** dealership would want the liability with such a lack of concern and safety for it's customers *********************

      This dealership has had the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I had an issue with my truck that was caused by work not being done correctly when I had my torque converter changed out of warranty. My truck started leaking fluid months later and was low on fluid to begin with. I had to have it towed to another shop because they were unable to take my truck in for about a month and a half. The other shop I took it to reported that the trasmission lines were left unsecure and parts of the labor was done incorrectly. Fast forward to me calling **** about this. I called a service advisor "****" who told me he cannot help me and I would need to contact the Service manager. I had to call the service manager "*****" every day about 5 times a day to finally get an answer from him. He told me that he would have to talk to the shop ******* and technician and he would call me first thing in the morning. He never called me in the morning and i had called the dealership about 10 times that day and no answer and no call back. I am still waiting on a call back from ***** the service manager. The dealership has treated me horribly.

      I will start with a summary just to confirm the other reviews, these guys try to take advantage of hardworking people and when they get caught, they hide and try to find the next victim!!!I took my 2020 **** with ***** miles in for an oil and filter change. I was told my the service adviser that my brake rotors were shot and needed to be changed! With only ***** miles I challenged them and was told that the "humidity" might cause that. I insisted on a second inspection in my presence by a senior mechanic who confirmed that my rotors were as good as new!! I was given a card for a complementary service as an apology but when I tried to schedule my service, I was told that ***** (the Service Manager) placed a note in my folder not to schedule me. So here you have it, guys who try to take advantage of customers and when they are caught red handed - they will crawl back in the hole they crawled out of. Be Careful of those guys!!!!!! The good news, is there are plenty of other **** Dealers in the area who would love to have the business.

      We just had the worst experience At this dealership. We called to confirm the offer and then went in to test drive. Re discussed the offer. Then took the steps to sell back our leased vehicle...called the dealership to confirm a final time before selling our car and they preceeded to tell us the online offer went from high $700s to high 900's with $5k down when the add said zero....and we should read the fine print! Terrible customer service and lying to your clients multiple times regarding price is not okay. Steer clear of this dealer and go anywhere else!

The vehicle in the ad was based on a $73,000 Expedition model. The Expedition model you chose was $76,000.We do have many $73,000 models in stock. The advertised lease price in the ad was $759, and was based on $73,150K. It is with $0 down and no security deposit. However, the advertised price does not include government fees, such as tax, tag and tile, nor bank acquisition fees. These fees, which we must pay,will increase the price of the lease payment. We are not trying to hide them;they are clearly at the bottom of all our ads and on our website. ***** our GSM has personally tried to reach out to you. We invite you to give him a call,come in and he will personally go over everything line by line. He can show you the $73,000 models we have in stock.       I ordered a truck in October of 2022 from this dealer. It arrived on April 15th and I went in had a deposit on it as well as financing. I could not take the truck on Saturday because they had no keys to it. Also the interest rate was way to high. Monday morning they got the interest rate lowered and we let the dealer know we would be in that night to sign papers. Later that day Randy Allen and another manager named AJ had sold my truck out from under me for more money!

      On the original F250 ******* **** credit turned you down multiple times. Your payment would have been over $2,000.  Once you refused the vehicle, it was placed in inventory and sold.

      You then reached out to Essential Ford and ***** personally reached out to **** again on your behalf. Based on your credit, you would not have gotten approved on your own. The staff was then able to get you into a new **** and your APR is *****, not ****% Again the APR, is based on your past credit score. After the deal was finalized, you asked for a 5th wheel package.

      ***** said that was not part of your agreement. Now you decide to write this review. Essential Ford went above and beyond to get you approved on two different vehicles, with your credit.
