      We booked a cruise with Princess Cruise Departing ***** Mar 11th and arriving in **** Apr 2nd. We had booked flights from ******* ** to ******, ****** to ***** (6 day stay including a 4 day tour booked) flight to ***** on March 11 to board our cruise for 22 days with 13 ports that we were very excited to visit. We paid $4217.14 US for this cruise with Princess Cruise on Island Princess. This is what we paid for and Princess committed this offer. Princess Cruise cancelled this itinerary and booked us on a cruise 6 days earlier departing from ********* ************ with completely different ports. They offered to refund us the port fees of $1000 if we cancel. If we go they may pay for up to $1500 towards flight changes. This would cause us to loose funds for flights to ***** and ***** as well as ***** tour. This is not what we paid for and they are refusing to refund our money or even provide a full credit for future travel with them. The reason for cancelling and changing was due to unrest in the Suez Canal which I understand. I feel we should not be forced to take this replacement trip as it is not something we would have chosen and not the trip we planned and paid for. I am happy to provide additional information if needed, original itinerary, new itinerary, flight information, notice from Princess Cruise of change. I appreciate any help that you can offer.       I have gone on many Island Princess Cruises over the years, and they have been great. I paid them $160.86 on their website, www.islandprincesscruises.com, on May 6, 2023, for a cruise scheduled for June 3, 2023, from ******, *******, for a half-day cruise. On May 16, 2023, they sent me an email saying that the boat was taken out of the water for maintenance, my cruise was canceled, and I should call them at ******************** to rebook or for a refund. I have tried calling them every day since then, leaving a message each day. A few times I filled out the contact information sheet on their website. They have not responded. I called the marina where they always dock (for years), Pirate's Cove Resort, ************. They informed me that Island Princess left and are no longer using their docks. Please help! Thank you.
