    We dont seem to have any record of you contacting us about this bill. From review, the open balance ($116.86) is the coinsurance portion of the covered testing that was requested by your healthcare provider and authorized by you prior to being performed. 

    When you select your insurance plan, deductibles, coinsurance and out of pocket maximums are part of the options that determine your coverage cost with your insurance provider. Your portion of medical services are not determined by us, but we are required to bill the patient or policy holder for what your insurance company tells us is your patient responsibility. 

    The bill you received from us was determined by your health insurance company to be the portion you were responsible for per your plan. We understand that medical bills can come as a surprise, we are always willing to work with our patients to help with the burden offering negotiated settlement, payment plans or hardship discharge options. We dont report to credit agencies and we do our best to ensure that everyone has access to affordable rapid turnaround testing to help improve patient outcomes.
