    My order was missing 5 (!!!!!) body oils. The box was not damaged, the receipt in the box clearly shows the 13 oils I ordered, yet I only received 8. Obviously, they did not have those in stock because a bulk of them were of the same brand and instead of reaching out to me (as their website says they would do if they're out of stock of something) they decided it would be best to send an order with 5 missing oils?? I simply requested that the missing oils be reshipped because my shipping cost was calculated for 13 oils NOT 8. They refused because they know they don't have those oils in stock. To make matters worse, they tried to convince me that some *** employees are first class thieves that can meticulously open a box with a knife and tape it back together to make it look as if it was never opened. I'm sorry WHAT? You mean to tell me a *** employee broke open the box, smelled and chose which body oils they liked and stole them?? These are very scary people to deal with. I would HIGHLY suggest avoiding them!

    We were not out of stock of these items and the complete order was shipped to the customer. We do not know what happened to the 5 bottles between us shipping them and the customer receiving them. *** will sometimes damage a box, repackage it and deliver it as if nothing has happened. The customer has been combative, rude and hostile towards us through every interaction we have had with them over 3 orders that have been placed. A refund of $29.80 was completed on our end on June 10th at 11:34am. This includes $5.75 for the shipping for 5 items (Each item was $1.15 to ship). We have not done anything to warrant being treated in the manner that this customer has been treating us.

    I am rejecting this response because: I informed the business minutes after the order was delivered that I was missing 5 body oils and expected them to be shipped out to me. In this initial email, I told them that I was not interested in a refund and instead wanted the oils that I ordered and paid for. They refused my request and I am not happy with this. Therefore my complaint stands.

    We have already refunded the items so there is really nothing further that we can do. Does the customer expect us to give her money back and send the items out again? We are not interested in doing further business with this customer due to the way she has treated us.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business was informed before taking any action that I did not want a refund and instead wanted the items I ordered and paid for to be sent to me. Dont say now Does the customer expect us to give her money back and send the items out again? Thats EXACTLY what was asked of you guys from the beginning and you refused so Im done. Complaint still stands, will review the business publicly.
