    I set an appointment and showed up early. I let the people I was contacting know that the link to the zoom was invalid. They said yeswe will send you another one. I waited 20 minutes before my appointment to show up and have that link sent to me and they never it. It wasnt until after that. They contacted me and said sorry things werent working, but I had to contact them multiple times in order for themto even contact me back. They also took money yesterday to confirm the appointment and took more money from me today before I even had the appointment and it wasnt even supposed to be taken out until after this business is not handling things right

    on 11-25-2024 I had an appointment with MMJ ******. They had requested all personal information via email. as my information was compromised before I called the office and they said I would be helped at the office with the forms at my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early but was told they were too busy to help me with the 45 minute forms and was asked to leave the office which I immediately did. This was for a renewal from doctor for medical marijuana. I have a valid card and just need a doctors ok. I requested a refund of the $57.00 I had paid for service and was refused. I called the main office and they also refused to refund me. I am a cancer survivor and need medication for other ailments as well. They suggested I drive to the next town which in traffic would be a half hour plus drive. I again asked for a refund as I had other responsibilities to attend to. I have never been treated this way in any doctor's office and was taken aback at the response from a doctor's office. No service was rendered
