  The absolute worst business i have ever dealt with. Never delivered my backrest and the seat looked like a blind toddler built it. Fake furniture leather was used and took a year to receive the seat. $1980 later I have no backrest and a junk seat. He used every excuse in the book and after talking to other customers of his, he used the exact same excuses for years now word for word. Buyer beware!!!

  Signed the contract in October, which listed a final payment date and highlighted delivery for Dec of last year, never received anything that was I was supposed to in the contract including the mockup (he sent some crayon draws on a picture), and as of **** near a year later still hasn't delivered anything although he assures me it was sent *** he's just too busy to find the tracking information (that was 4 weeks ago). Always a constant list of troubles, divorce court, in the hospital, truck stolen; must be the most unlucky guy out there. As of the writing of this, can't find the business at any physical address anywhere, there are at least 4 different addresses I can find between social media, legal records, etc. and while I finally found a phone number he only answers that when he feels like it. Stay clear the headache is the best advice!

  ************ My husband requested a seat that was supposed to take 60 days and now its 11 months. No product has been delivered. They said they had patterns of all the custom gas tanks, which was a lie. After 4 months my hubby had to send a pattern to them. After 9 months we decided to dispute with our credit card company. Which gave us 1/2 of our full payment back. Then they worked on the seat and it was all wrong. It was too narrow. It was supposed 12 - 14 inches wide and ended up being 8 inches. We could tell he was hiding the end of the tape measure in the picture and there was a stripe in the middle of the seat. Our CC company gave him all the money even though we've disputed. So now we have a battle. Beware Voodoo Saddles. We attend all the bike fests .... we love to talk to our friends on who to trust and who not to trust. Guess what? You're on the NOT TRUST list. Good luck.

  Waited 8 months for a seat that would break the internet and had all kinds of extras thrown in to literally not even receive what we actually paid for, and its damaged to boot. We ordered a 3-piece seat: reduced reach rider, touring passenger (both heated), and passenger backrest pad. We received a 1-piece seat that looks cool at first glance, but is not reduced reach or touring, and is not heated. The carbon fiber base is missing coating in multiple places. There is about a 2-inch gap between the bike and seat when we set it on the bike, making it unusable. The finishing is just plain shoddy and its crooked.On top of all of that, communication with **** was awful. He was good at selling his product, but nothing that he promised ever happened. We didnt get a mock up of the design for our approval. He missed the original timeline (we needed the seat back in May for a trip) claiming that we hadnt paid yet (even though we had been paid in full). He would literally ghost us for weeks at a time and then always have some drastic excuse as to why he hadnt responded. We were actually told 4 different times that, I can have it to you by the end of the week. But there was never any follow through. We attempted to communicate via phone calls, texts, and emails.Im honestly not sure how Voodoo Saddles is even still in business at this point. Save your money and buy a factory seat and have it reupholstered by a reputable business, at lest youll know what youre getting and it wont take 8 months.
