    I ordered an embroidered bag not realizing the text color selected automatically was "red". Red shouldn't even be an option for this item honestly. I wish they had emailed me letting me know because it's pretty obvious when being made that the embroidery would not be seen. Red shouldn't be the defaulted option when purchasing this red bag. As seen in this page, red automatically defaults as the text color - https://firefighter.com/products/customized-duffle-bag-with-crossed-axes-embroidery?_pos=3&_sid=cf4d1852d&_ss=r. When I received the bag, I couldn't even read the embroidery. I called letting them know this was an honest mistake and if there was any help they could provide. I was told that they can only offer 15% off to order a brand new one. Unfortunately, I can't dish out another $50.00. Very unhappy with what I received and their customer service.
