  I got a couple quotes from local exterior cleaners for my green aluminum standing seam roof. The roof was installed in 2008 and had never been cleaned. There was quite a bit of black mold covering about 40% of the roof. Taylor Roofing suggested I find someone locally who did "soft wash, no step" cleaning. Ray's quote came in $250 less then the other vendor. I was also impressed that Ray had an A+ rating with the BBB and was an approved pro on Angi's list with 30 five star reviews... the other company, aside from price, did not have these credentials. Ray showed up and proceeded to test a small section of roof to determine the efficacy of the cleaner and any effect it might have on the roof. He then asked me to take a look at the section he had cleaned to be sure I was happy with the results. To my surprise the black mold was completely removed with no adverse effect to the roof or roof color. I was extremely happy with Ray's works and certainly his competitive price. I noticed he did not have many recent reviews so I was motivated to write one. Great no nonsense service, reasonably priced and fast (took about two hours). I plan to use Ray again every few year to prevent the mold buildup again.

  Ray is very professional & did an amazing job on my roof for a second time. He went above & beyond . I will always use him for future jobs & highly recommend him.

  I’ll preface this review by saying: He called himself “the boss” yet he was far from being one. As I was letting my dog out, I noticed that my hose was connected to their main water hose. I sais, “excuse me, did someone hire you because I’m the owner and I don’t recall hiring you guys”. A young guy kindly explained that the hoa hired them to do the entire building. I believed him for a second. Then all of a sudden I heard a man’s voice saying “hello” a few times. I finally noticed that it was coming from the roof. “I’m the boss and you can talk to me” he said. I responded “I just asked why my hose was being used to wash all the homes”. He rudely responded, “can I speak?” At that point, I realized I was dealing with an ********** *******. He went on to explain that it was his employees first day (which we later learned was his 3rd day) and that he didn’t know any better. I’m sorry, but washing company 101 probably is not to connect to another homes water source. *** assumed I was being rude to his employee and jumped to his defense at my expense. The young guy disconnected my hose after using it for 20-30 minutes to wash other townhomes connected to mine. As I was walking back into my house, he said he could help pay for the water used if I wanted and laughed. He apologized after about 20 minutes later but at that point, an apology wouldn’t have made a difference. He already used my water, attempted to belittle me, and was flat out nasty to me - a young woman that was nicely trying to find out who hired them and why her hose was being used. *** is rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I highly recommend you find someone else to wash your roof. I’m not the Karen, he is.
