    On December 6, 2023 I signed a contract and I paid Ray ******* for material and hardware to replace my manual awning on my 5th wheel to an electric awning with new material for the main awning and slide toppers. He said he would be in the first week of January 2024 to complete the job. He never showed on several given dates. Holiday, grand kids, sick over the several months. Then he showed up and put on 4 slide toppers telling me they sent him the wrong color on my hardware for my new ELECTRIC awning. He sent it back and it would be a few more weeks which turned into months. He finally let me know that the new white hardware is in. We made arrangements for him to show up, BUT he never showed, called or text. I have text and called *** ever threedays to two days and now everyday, just to pick up my electric awning hardware and awning canvas. That is the most importan, I can let the minor touch up things go, but I need my awning or a refund. It has been 10 month as of 10/6/24 and I personally ave not gotten a response for several months. I went by his shop to find his place cleaned up and the door locked and no trace of him or any other contact information. I have not received a text or a return phone call from leaving a message. He must be getting the phone messages because it NEVER says the voice mail box is full. I just need and want him to deliver or let me pick up what I paid for and go about my way. Or for *** to work something out with me. Not just leave me hanging.

    I paid *** $5100 for windows that he would purchase and install when they came in. That was 1/23/2024. He told me they had arrived to his shop beginning of March 2024 and he would be installing them by the end of March. He as had a new excuse each time I called him. He has not returned my calls or texts since beginning of September 2024. I am going to seek legal action soon. We had a signed contract which he will not honor.
