    We hired them to do a ****************************** for our home. First off, they wanted to install my fence without a city permit. Because I live in a HOA they required them to have one. It took them 2 months, with no communication at all to even get them to do the job. After literally running them down to get the job the done, they went ahead and hired a third party contractor to come out & do the job. Then, we agreed to pay a start draw amount when ALL building materials for both projects were on site, the fence wasnt even up yet fully & they bombarded us for payment right ahead. I had a gentleman by the name of ***** tell my husband that they wont complete the job if payment wasnt made. It was such a horrible experience with them. I had to leave my job to rush home to pay them As you could see from the photos attached, there is NO material for the lanai on site, no lanai & yet they were very demanding for their start draw payment. The fence wasnt even completed when the invoice was brought to my house and payment was expected. Plus, we were told that the *** **** was starting my lanai at 9:00AM 4/25. Called the office at 9:30AM to hear **** is out at the shop buying stuff. He will be here at 11/12. They have absolutely no regard for peoples time

    Good afternoon, we do apologize for the length of time that it took to complete the job. ************* is experiencing a large building boom and jobs are taking a little longer than usual in all construction fields. Both the lanai and the fence are completed and have passed inspection. Again, we do apologize for the length of time that it took to get done. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The problem was not the lengthy time it took to get the job done, were very understanding people. 

    The problem was the fact that the owner, ***** ****, wanted payment outside of the terms we agreed too. There was a start draw amount of money that was required to be paid when ALL the material was on site. At the time that payment was DEMANDED from us, the only material we had was for the fence. Then to make matters worse, the lovely gentleman that installed the lanai was the FIRST to brief me on anything regarding the lanai & Mr. **** wanted an additional $550 for a kick plate installation. 

    Mr.**** was so fixated on only collecting payment that he came by the house to collect the check, minus taking any initiative to explain the details about the lanai that was going to be built. 

    Mr. **** subsequently came by the house when works were being done in the yard and instead of introducing himself and going through the plans , he just walked through the side, observed and left. 

    He has very unethical, unprofessional & distasteful business etiquette.  

    As a consumer, we have never ONCE had this kind of experience with any company. 

    All in All, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The excuse of them taking so long because of the business boom is NONSENSE! His brother operates a similar business and they come highly recommended from almost everyone in this community & absolutely NONE of his customers had this horrible experience. 

    I pray no one ever has an experience like this. 

    Do better! No one is begging you for your service! We pay a pretty ***** for your items!

    Contracted on June 3, 2022. $110 deposit. 8+ weeks out quoted. Its been 11 and dont get response from them. Except a week and a half ago was told theyd call me last week to schedule. Havent heard from them. Delays due to rain. No rain hardly at all this summer. I have a ****** address not *******
