  Run..Don't even try to make a contract..they are a straight ripoff franchise. Hiring illegals...don't trust a word the sellers say they agree with..they ****.Wish I could leave negative stars...it would be -75

Judging by your zip code, you are on the West coast of *******, an area we dont build in. Our area in on the east coast in *************** and ***************. Please remove your comment from our website as we have never had any contact with you, nor do we build on the west coast.

  The culture here is second to none. It is so great to work for a company that is there for anything you need, a company that appreciates the hard work and recognizes it. They provide a family like environment. Management is there at anytime for any my needs. The flexibility of work schedule is awesome. As designer/sales person to be successful, one must believe in their product they are selling and by far do we have the best construction design in the market with the best warranty in the market. I highly recommend calling Premier Pools and getting you your free design consultation by one of our professional design consultant.

  NIGHTMARE COMPANY AND SCUM BAG OWNERS, RUN!!!!! 4 months turned into 19 months of terror and we have paid in full receipts for each step of the way, their sorry excuse of waiting for payments from clients is another lie. Do not put yourself through the nightmare, bait and switch, nor horrible customer service from the scum bags that run this so-called franchise. *** and **********, price *****, & will leave your job incomplete and sabotage property out of spite. (Have all emails and photos) They failed every inspection multiple times, crews trespassed on neighbors property and vandalized. After 19 months of the biggest nightmare and spending $120k on a pool it was still left uncomplete, equipment was left broken and malfunctioning, and our pool leaks. As in emails *** I will ask ***** to go by ********** and get a can of white spray paint and paint the wall. Of course I will do this at no charge. Also *** . So please stop your tantrums.They hire companies with illegals working for them and then threaten them that they will be reported. We had three project managers as they cannot hold employees.Rsills@****.com May, 2023 I own this business and have no parent company. You can research this on Sunbiz. So please stop your tantrums. Nobody is sabotaging your pool. I am only going to provide you what you paid for so that we can absolutely be done with you.3/2023 This is my 5th request for Lien Waivers in the past 4 months.I still do not have lien waivers or receipts of payment from the excavator or the plumber.   This customer has been completed and all inspections passed. WE have no record of any service requests, issues with equipment or any leaks. Although this customer has been extremely difficult to work with, we have completed his pool in  a timely manner and he has recieved everything he has paid for.

  Signed contract April 2021, construction didn't start until December 8th 2021. Pool was "completed" December 4th 2022. I have a cracked skimmer housing that's been leaking since December, Premier refuses to replace, all they're interested in is putting epoxy, slowing down leak. Hired a third party to check for leaks, found 2 more leaks, one in one of the light fixtures, the other in the return line. it's been 5 months since the pool was filled, not once has ***************** called to tell me how they plan on fixing the problems. Throughout the build they were completely non responsive to any questions or concerns. All the concerns I brought up turned into problems that could have been easily fixed ahead of time. The lack of attention to paying customers is unbelievable. I was asked to pay for things that were clearly their mistake, for instance, a swim up table, with a bench and stools, when the pedestal for the table was finally installed, the table would be at neck height. After many back and forth the ** said they could fix it and that it would only be another $1400.00, I refused to pay for their mistakes and eventually the bench and stools were raised so that the table could be used as a table. The pedestal for the table is ridiculously crooked, you can see it with or without water in the pool. We were told that during plaster it can be made to look straight, the plaster crew when they arrived basically laughed at us. The umbrella hole in the granite table doesn't line up with the hole on the Stainless steel bracket... I have a raised wall with travertine split face that is covered in thinset, concrete, whatever you use to attach to the gunite behind it, incredibly sloppy. According to the **, there is an open work order to clean it up, when they have time. 5 months later nothing has happened. My wife and I spent 100k with Premier, all we want is what we were sold, what we paid for. It's not right that Premier can get away with s******* their customers.*******************
