    On June 21, 2024 I signed a contract with Storm ***** to build a biodesign Pool. He received my information through BioDesign USA inquiry that I filled out. I have a deposit of $12,600 at the time we signed the contract to lock in the date for the pool. In November I gave another $50,400 to order the materials so he could start digging. Storm was working under a business name of ***** Water Management and has since taken the money i gave him, closed out his business in ****, sold his house and all his assets and moved to Florida. Now he is still conducting business under two different names. Florida Pools Management LLC and We Clean Pools & More. He did not do any work and up until a week ago we were still corresponding.

    My pool servicing company, that also does repairs was to complete a repair on my spa back in September 2024. I was informed that they can not move forward until I pay the estimated amount. I paid the estimated amount of $145 in September 2024. I continued to call for months, and recently daily in 2025. I can not get a response on repairs to be completed. I will be provided a date and a no show. It is now 8 months being able to utilize my spa. Initially I was told by the owner to blow into a dirty tube to get the spa working until they could repair and run a new line. I am told now that they have to dig up my lawn to run the line. I can not get a response on why the line can not be run through the tube. Please note this is a new owner as of the summer of 2024, Storm and *********************. The company is formerly We Clean Pools and More. The name changed a few months ago. I saw an email trail several months ago about the concerns with the weekly cleaning serves with just throw in chemicals that were not needed into the pool. I just want my spa fixed so I can move on to another pool company for maintenance. Thank you.
