      Charged me for a part $100 . It was $49 on Amazon. The installer said I would get a $100 reimbursement on my Dish Network bill which never happened.

      Please do not attempt to do business with this company. While I had high hopes of connecting my home for fiber Internet through Select Choice TV based upon my multiple conversations with a very friendly representative over the phone, I should have known something was amiss when I could only seem to reach them when I was the one initiating the call - they would never call me back as promised. After over a month of calls, the experience culminated with my being scheduled for installation - that never arrived. I waited in the cold and rain for over 12 hours through the entire scheduling window and no one ever showed up. And, to top it all off, when I tried to call the company back to at least find out what happened, they refused to even offer an explanation and blocked my number! Extremely unprofessional, and honestly I'm not even sure they actually provide service at all under any circumstances. Please, Please do not attempt to do business with this company - save yourself the time, hassle, and heartache and find another, professional installation company that Will Actually Install Internet!
