3 starsI have used this company for at least 12-13 years and was always satisfied until this visit. Charlie was not here and I think his presence makes a big difference. The two employees were VERY nice but I don't think they put the most effort into the job and considering I paid over $350 I don't feel I got my money's worth. 5 starsI called one rug cleaning company and they would not guarantee full removal of a large bad blood stain on a new carpet due to a bad fall. Then I called RENU and they agreed to no charge if they could not remove the stain, regardless of their minimum charge. After the initial visit it looked like the stain had been taken care of, so I paid RENU their min. charge. Later, it was obvious upon drying that the stain was still present. I called them and without hesitation they returned and were successful to removing the stain to our satisfaction (no additional charge). We were very pleased.Review fromnancy K

Outstanding! All around outstanding. Extremely professional service. I cant believe how good the carpets look and the whole house smells like oranges. We rented the home for four months while we looked for our new home. As part of our lease agreement we had to have carpets cleaned upon moving out. We removed our shoes at the door and had never realized the carpet was discolored until after the cleaning. Oh my goodness what a difference. What we thought was normal wesr andctear now looks like we replaced the entire carpet. I'm excited for the home owner to return and enjoy a spotless fresh cleaned home. Our experience with Renu exceeded our expectations. Had some tough stains on lanai furniture that they got up which we truly did not expect. They arrived on time, pleasant and professional, did their work and left. No unpleasant surprises. Left us with a container of spot remover and an offer to stop with more if we needed it.
