    I have dealt with this company on many occasions. They are always friendly, professional and items are competitively priced.

    Had to deal with my mom going through ******** and selling house. Very overwhelming situation. **** and ***** were recommended by my real estate agent. They were super cool and professional all the way through the process... They took care of everything and very respectful of the house and property... I would 100% recommend using them.

    Owner marks items up 50% - 200% at sales. Employees agree the items are overpriced to solely obtain the largest commission. When question of pricing was brought up to owner of next step estate sales, she became extremely hostile screaming and using profane language in front of minors prior to screaming at my family to get out as we were in the process paying for items. Threw our money back at us then snatched the items from my wife as she continued to yell at myself and my wife, then started having a conversation with two male employees about the situation. At this point my family and other customers chose to leave out of fear.
