When my wife and I moved to the area we needed to fully furnish our home. We looked at quite a few stores, and ******* seemed to have some unique pieces at comparable prices. The owner also was good at promoting his product. We ended up dropping $15k on several pieces, including matching leather sofa and recliner. After payment, he informed us our original selection of sofa and recliner was unavailable, so we settled on a set that was acceptable. When it was delivered there was no paperwork or warranty info included at all, so we have no idea who the manufacturer was. I truly believe if you don't need any service after the sale, all would be tolerable. But lo and behold, the motor in the power recliner died, or at least that was ******* diagnosis over the phone. He has no service department, which became obvious. On October 9th of last year I called the store, and he gave me his cell # so I could send him pics of the recliner and a Mexican made TV stand that is infested with wood boring insects. He said he would order parts and replace the stand. 2 weeks later I texted him for an update and got an empty promise. He never once initiated contact with me. In the middle of December I texted again and was given another empty promise. February 12th I text and get a run-around. April 19th I text and tell him I assume nothing is being done. I tell him I read where he lashes out when customers push him to follow through. His reaction, instead of proving them wrong, is to lash out at me in the text. He curses, then tells me to come to the store and say it to his face! Then he goes on to adopt the role of victim, and says to come in and find a chair to swap as the company that built ours went out of business. How long did he know that? Why didn't he contact me during the 7 months of waiting? And no mention of the bug riddled stand. I have kept all of the texts to document this nightmare. Again, if you need any help after the sale, you will regret buying from him.

VENDOR ALERT This is the worse store to do business with. **** purchased product from our company over a year ago. He received the product at that time. He was given Net 30 terms. We have called and emailed since the date the invoice was due. Again, over a year ago. We have been given one excuse after the other as to why the invoice hasn't been paid. We have even been told several times that the check is in the mail. We still have not received payment and I don't think he plans to pay. I don't know how people like this stay in business. Just a warning to vendors out there...PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. He likes to receive product for free and he doesn't care that your business loses money. It looks like he cheats people on both ends. How does he sleep at night?

If I could rate this company a ZERO i would. This company preys on the elderly and does not follow through with promises made. Many lawsuits have been filed (Marion County Court public record) and even if he loses the case does not pay or settle the debt in any way, leaving the person that sued with no closure. You will have to jump through hoops and navigate the legal system in efforts to recover YOUR money or property, which they will ignore anyway. In the event you win your case, the court will not help you recover damages. So save yourself the hassle and find a reputable seller. Do not become prey.

In August, 2023 I ordered 2 upholstered barrel swivel rocking chairs. The eager owner/salesman encouraged me to pay in cash or by check to avoid paying sales tax. BIG MISTAKE! The chairs were delivered on September 22nd. Shortly after delivery I discovered the base of one chair was not working properly. I immediately called the store and **** said he would send the men back to pick it up, assuring me the company was good about repairing things. Two weeks later when nobody showed up I called him again. He rudely responded that he was by himself and I needed to be patient. I have made a minimum of 12 phone calls and 3 in person visits to the store. He always had an excuse or a promise to "send someone out next week." During one of the phone calls **** began LOUDLY yelling at me saying I was impatient and he was trying to help me and then he hung up. I got in my car and went to the store. I wish I had brought someone with me because he continued his tirade blaming me for bad mouthing his business. What? I had no idea what he was talking about. He threatened to walk away and let me deal with the company. When I said, "fine, but they won't like what I have to say about you," he began typing on his computer. He then said he would take the base off of a chair in the warehouse to replace my defective one. He grumbled, "now I have a chair I can't sell." Really? I paid for a chair I can't use. Well guess what? Nobody ever showed up. I called on December 23rd. He said he had the part and someone would be out the following week. On January 12th I went to the store asking when my chair would be fixed. When I reminded him he already had the parts he said they weren't the right ones but he had them now. He told me someone would be here on Jan. 18th. TODAY. I have called the store twice. He said deliveries were delayed and they would call me. They never did. My next call went to voice mail. This rude, nasty man lies, is dishonest, and unreputable. I wish I had used a credit card.
