5 starsFrom start to finish my experience with New Dimensions Roofing was absolutely brilliant. Robert ****** kept me informed, as well as all the staff, as to the status of my roof job from ordering the the product to getting the county permits to delivering product/dumpster to project manager Zack who gave updates throughout the day. From start to finish, Next Dimension Roofing delivered exceptional service, and I couldnt be more satisfied.A huge shoutout to ***** *., who was my main point of contact. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. ***** stayed in constant communicationproviding updates, answering all my questions, and checking in regularly to ensure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way.The team worked efficiently and finished the project faster than expected without cutting any corners. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating, even when my schedule changed or unexpected issues came up. 1 starThe repair of our roof has been a terrible experience once we signed on to work with them and the Law firm they recommended.Our roof leaked in one section due to a faulty solar panel installation done years ago, but only recently discovered. They charged us $1,000 to install a relatively small tarp over the solar panel and after 3-4 months it started to disintegrate and shed its blue yarns all over my yard and the neighbors yards, much to their and our annoyance. When it rained hard last week, the roof leaked and the stained water marked up our recently resurfaced and repainted patio and the soffits. When I called them after sending numerous texts with pictures of the disintegrated tarp and the yarns all over the neighborhood, they said that they could install another tarp for a mere $700 this time!!By now we had had enough of this outfit and cancelled the job with them and the law firm. When I asked for my $1,000 back via an email, no response was *********** now after wasting 5 months, we have signed on with what appears to be a much more reputable roofer who will get the roof re-shingled within weeks.I would not recommend this company to anyone.***** ****** **********************, **.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. ******* concerns. While we regret that his experience did not meet expectations, we appreciate the chance to clarify the facts surrounding the ************. ****** contacted us regarding a roof leak that was traced back to a solar pool heating system installed by a third party. For clarity, Next Dimension Roofing & Solar did not install the solar equipment, and the leak originated from that systems failure not from any prior work done by our ********** assist Mr. ****** in pursuing insurance coverage, we recommended the use of a public adjuster. While the claim was being processed, Mr. ****** approved and paid for the installation of a temporary tarp at a cost of $1,000. This fee included materials, labor, transportation, liability coverage, and full-size sandbag anchoring. The tarp was installed over uneven solar hardware a condition we explained would likely reduce the tarps lifespan.Over the course of several months:Our team returned to the property multiple times at no additional charge to reinforce the tarp and ensure continued protection.When the tarp began to deteriorate a common outcome with temporary tarps exposed to Floridas weather we offered to reinstall a new tarp at a discounted rate of $******. ****** declined and ultimately canceled the project.We understand that Mr. ******* frustration was compounded by delays in his insurance claim. Had the claim been resolved more quickly, a permanent repair could have been completed sooner, and the need for an extended temporary solution would not have arisen. Unfortunately, the protracted timeline placed the tarp a short-term measure under longer-than-expected service, leading to **************** no point during or immediately after the original service was the $1,000 charge disputed. We believe we acted in good faith, responded promptly, and offered multiple reasonable accommodations to assist the homeowner.We wish Mr. ****** the best with his new contractor and sincerely hope that his insurance situation is ultimately resolved to his satisfaction.J. The comment regarding installing the tarp over an uneven surface being explained to us is not *********** to their people following up on several occasions, I guess Next Dimension considers one call several??I subsequently paid someone else less than $350 to install two tarps more professionally.Review fromJeff S

5 starsThis was an excellent experience! Every single individual was professional, experienced, and polite. I was looking at a no win situation with my insurance provider and this business was there for me at every step. I was constantly kept up to date on every action. 1 starPromise of 1 day flawless installation of roof resulted in one of the Worst experiences I have ever had, for my neighbors also. 2 days of screaming, fighting men non of whom spoke English . The English speaking Super visor was missing by noon & never returned. Tremendous *** of damage to my bone colored siding from Asphalt shingles being pitched into my yard, along with buckets of roof nails. They threw everything into my yard no dumpster present! Also my HVAC condenser was full of nails! Even with ear plugs was ear splitting. My neighbors so angry now they are trying to force me out of community!!! Website is a huge LIE . We experienced an outstanding group of talent starting with our Sales Consultant **** ******. **** did a thorough inspection of our roof along with an explanation of his evaluation. He presented a detailed quote and was a stellar salesman who knows his products. ******* *******, Project Superintend, was constantly interacting between us and his crew and did an outstanding job. The dedicated crew worked from sunrise to sunset from removing the existing roof to installing the new roof and doing a thorough clean-up after the last nail was in. This was the best working crew I have seen in a long time. The delivery process of the material to the removal of waste after the job was finished just rounded out our perfect choice for our new roof. The increase value of our home quality is going up significantly; our confidence to withstand the Florida storms is the highest ever.
