      Seco power always works fast to get the power back on when ever there's a problem ****** come threw an took out trees every were seco had ****** tree service right with them working together to get the power back on big thank you to seco an ****** for there hard work

      I called today and spoke with **** to resolve a payment problem. We had not received a bill through the post office in some time and simply kept forgetting to check. This was a delivery problem via post office as were were receiving other SECO bills. Thank you for helping us through this ****! You were patient and helpful!

      This company is disgusting. They turned us off in the middle of the day during a heat advisory. They didn’t care that I had payments set up already. No notice, just turned it off and they’re lucky my dogs didn’t die due to the heat. They don’t care about ANYONE’s well being and they don’t even work with you. I wish we had a better choice in this area of electric to use. I will be forwarding an email to the top of the administration and filing a complaint with the BBB. Wrong house to shut off.

      Hello, My mother is currently in a bankruptcy and the energy company SECO turned us off and is denying us service. They said it takes a couple of months to review and in the mean time we have no electric. We have a baby and a dog who we are having to try and feed and keep cool. We sent them all the documentation they needed for proof of the bankruptcy along with the case number, and attorney name address and number and still refuse my service. I have tried talking to a supervisor and they refuse to get on the phone with us. Saying they can't assist us. We tried setting it up in my name but they will not allow it even though I have never had service through them. We are begging for assistance, we all work at home and will lose our jobs, our food is going bad, I can't warm up bottles or keep my dogs food cold.
