    Extremely unprofessional, they are also apparently an authorized dealer for uhaul and I went to get my rental and nobody was there. I called all the numbers and left messages. I sat there for an hour. The owner called me back and told me he was out to lunch for 2-3hrs and then he would be able to take care of my rental even though that would be way past my reservation time. He told me I should have put my reservation in 2 hours earlier and he would have stayed in the office to handle my rental. I explained that a 3 hour lunch with nobody in the office is bad for business and he said it's my business I do whatever the f*** I want to do and uhaul can't do a f***ing thing about it neither. This man was so unprofessional and extremely rude and does not know how to run a business of any kind. I do not recommend it for anything and he should definitely be looked into that's for sure.
