    I hired SimpliSurface to install epoxy flooring throughout my new home and the experience has been deeply disappointing. The company failed to meet the agreed-upon standards as outlined in their proposal, leading to defective and unsafe flooring throughout my home.The issues included: Unfinished Surface Preparation: Tack holes from carpet strips were left unfilled, and the flooring was not made level or smooth. Improper Flake Application: Decorative flakes were not properly broadcasted or finished, resulting in sharp, uneven, and often hazardous flooring. Omission of Key Steps: A grout epoxy layer was not applied, as confirmed by the manufacturer they referred me to. This critical step caused the flakes to absorb the coating material, leaving the flooring rough and unfinished.These defects not only rendered the floors unusable but also caused damage to other areas of my home, including shower pans and toilet flanges, which are now covered in epoxy coating and flakes. Despite raising these issues and providing clear evidence of their breach of contract, SimpliSurface Solutions has refused to offer a refund or reimbursement for the costs incurred to repair the damages.If you're considering hiring this company, I strongly advise against it based on my experience. Their lack of professionalism, quality control, and customer service has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.

    Our detailed records indicate that We have never serviced a ***** *****. We have been receiving review bombing from A few different fake  accounts across multiple platforms. 

    our legal team is currently disputing these claims across home advisor, ********, ****** and now the BBB.

    As a business, we are working hard to figure Out the root of these complaints.

    Good afternoon Ms ******* attached is the documentation related to my case. Attached is the original proposal, invoice, and declaration of insurance (01, 02, and 04). Also attached is the subsequent demand for payment and response (06, 07).

    Please note that I submitted a stop payment request on the second check on 3/27, notified ******* by phone and text message same day explaining that we're pausing the remaining payment until the issues are addressed. ******* responded in writing acknowledging the stop check and reason. I can provide evidence as needed for this conversation (bank statements and text messages).

    He attempted to cash the stopped check on the same date he sent the demand for the remaining balance (4/7/25).

    Please note that I'm not comfortable having my actual name posted on reviews (**** *********) and submitted this claim under the alias ***** ***** to protect my identity.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the inquiry regarding ******************* flooring installation.


    SimpliSurface Solutions has been in communication with Mr. ********* and, as of today, April 21st, 2025, we have come to a partial resolution. Both parties have agreed to proceed with filing a claim through our companys general liability insurance in order to assess any concerns raised. An independent inspector visited the ********* residence earlier today as part of this process.


    It is important to note that all work agreed upon in the original proposal and signed estimate was completed as specified. Our team followed the outlined scope of work in full, and any concerns that have since arisen fall outside of the original service agreement.


    We are currently awaiting the formal assessment from the insurance adjuster. Once that report is received, we will have a clear path forward and will continue to act in good faith to address any findings in accordance with the insurance companys recommendations.


    SimpliSurface Solutions remains committed to resolving this matter professionally and respectfully, while protecting the integrity of our work and the terms of the completed agreement
