    No stars actually. Unfortunately, they did not stand behind my unit purchased in 2019. Several times bandaging it up and several times its leaked and flooded.Flooded not only my apartment but all the ones below!A real lemon of a unit which differed significantly from my other one they also replaced.No return returned phone calls, no responsibility to a long term customer and annual maintenance membership which as we know doesnt cover everything.Extremely disappointed!

    I am an electrician.since ****. Many federal clearances in the past, OSHA commendations, etc. Am willing to e both electrical Superintendent,as well as site safety and compliance officer, pending further o.s.h.a. and updated n.f.p.a. regulations and training
