    We contracted CHETU to create an ecommerce portal for our website. CHETU was to manage a dedicated engineering team they select, while we pay monthly for the team until project completion. The expected project completion date was determined by a project plan based on our communicated requirements.Upon onboarding on 11/28/23, we were promised: The project plan tells you exactly how many months it will take to build your platform, so it is easy to know exactly what your costs and timeline will be. The project plan relates directly to your total cost, as it expressly states the amount of time it will take to develop your platform. This becomes our fixed promise to you. The project delivery date was set for 6/11/24. However, CHETU failed to deliver on time. After reassurances from CHETU, we allowed an additional 2 months and 20 days (6/11/24 to 8/31/24) to complete the project. They still did not meet the deadline and took another month (8/31/24 to 10/4/24) to launch the portal, but it was plagued with errors and functionality issues, making it unusable. We had no option but to revert to our previous version.Given the unusable final product and our overall experience, we concluded CHETU lacked the capability to complete the project as committed. We requested CHETU return the payments made beyond the original plan (from 6/12/24 to 10/4/24, totaling $42,472) instead of a full refund ($99,200) for the following reasons:1.We were willing to pay the original plan cost ($56,728) to honor our commitment.2.During the extensions, we repeatedly raised concerns regarding the lack of adherence to the project plan, the absence of comprehensive review and preparation of requirements, inefficient team coordination, and the quality of the working features being far from industry standards. Additionally, CHETU misrepresented progress and withheld review opportunities.We sent three formal refund requests but received no formal response.

    I am filing this complaint against Chetu regarding the development of software. Our experience with Chetu has been deeply unsatisfactory and has resulted in significant frustration and financial loss.1. Misrepresentation of Services At the outset of our business relationship, Che2 assured us during the initial sales call that any mistakes or overruns on the project would not be charged to us. We were explicitly told that Che2 would correct any errors at no additional cost to ensure the project met our expectations. However, this promise was not honored. Despite numerous errors on their part, we were repeatedly charged for corrections, and the project has not met the required outcomes.2. Failure to Deliver Required Outcome The project, which was supposed to be a design platform for the remodeling industry, did not produce a viable proof of concept. The product delivered was completely inadequate and incorrect. Despite our clear and repeated instructions, Che2 consistently failed to make the necessary adjustments. When they did make changes, they did so in a manner that was still inadequate and not aligned with our project requirements.3. **Unresponsive and Uncooperative Behavior:** Over the past few months, we have attempted numerous times to resolve these issues through discussions with Che2s accounting department, project managers, and account managers. Unfortunately, they have refused to take our calls or schedule a meeting to address these concerns. Instead, they have only communicated through email and have threatened to sue us, despite our full compliance with payment terms and our ongoing efforts to work towards a resolution.Resolution Sought:We are seeking the following resolutions:- A full refund of the $10,000 deposit and any additional payments made for work that did not meet the project specifications.Assurance that no further legal action will be taken against us, as we have acted in good faith throughout this

    Dear BBB,I am writing to file a complaint against Chetu **** regarding their failure to deliver the promised services and resolve the issues I have raised. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, Chetu has sent inaccurate invoices and demanded payment without attempting to resolve the underlying issue. In fact, they have even issued a Cease and Desist on our service.I engaged Chetu **** to provide development services for my business with the understanding that their team would work on our project full-time. However, as the project progressed, I noticed that the team was not working full-time nor delivering the work as promised. I escalated the issue several times to their management team, but they did not review my issue or provide any resolution.Chetu has failed to accurately invoice me for the work completed and there have been discrepancies with the hours worked by their team. Furthermore, their team failed to provide detailed work notes or timesheets, which made it difficult for me to track the progress of the project.Despite my efforts to work with Chetu **** to resolve the issues, they have been unwilling to address my concerns. As a result, I am left with no other option but to file a complaint with BBB.I am seeking resolution from Chetu. Specifically, I would like them to revise the invoices to accurately reflect hours worked so that I can pay the invoice and move forward with the project.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,***********************
