    I had insurance that was financed for my trucking company by ETI. The business was closed over a year ago. The insurance was in the business name. However, for some reason about 3 months ago I started being harassed by a debt collection company sent by them saying that they are going to monetize my assets if I don't pay them because I didn't complete the 12 month term for the insurance. How would I complete the 12 month term if the business went belly up? And how are my personal assets liable when this insurance was for a business?

    I paid a year on Mafre car insurance for my vehicle. I ended up switching car insurances because I got a better deal. Well its been well over 30 days from receiving my payment of the remainder on my insurance. I call Mafre and they say the check has been sent out to these people. Now how? I paid it from my personal debit card and have all my bank statements. Now my check is with these people and no one calls me back. Why they have my check? I have no idea

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Ive attached what I paid and how much they are claiming to return to me for 20 days of insurance
