    We bought a driveway from the business. The driveway was completed and they were fully paid, however, it has not passed final inspection and at this point, the permit has been expired since 09/21/22. I've been calling the business trying to get them to have the permit reopened, fix the problems that the city has pointed out, and have the driveway pass inspection and the permit closed. Every time I call them the receptionist tells me they don't have the ability to send someone to the city to reopen the permit. I've asked to speak to the owner and the owner has never called me. This has been going on for the past year. My goal is to have the driveway pass inspection and all permits closed.

    Driveway was done and shortly after started peeling up. Sent someone to try and remedy it and the repair does not match and with in 2 weeks peeling of driveway started again. We have constantly called to get the issue resolved. They Always schedule someone to come out and no one ever does. Cancel at last minute or does not even show. Even the owner of business promised to come out and cancelled an hour before the appointment. Never came back out never attempted to contact us after that. We called recently and was told the technician that did our driveway is no longer with company and no one else would want to do a repair job as they wont make any money.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    *************************o keep their customers' money and that it is their prerogative to decide how and when they will finish the job they were paid to do. This is no doubt a scam and I have little hope of reaching a resolution. At this point, we would not trust them to do any type of quality work and we just want to get our deposit back and forget about the whole thing. If their lack of professionalism and their utter disregard for our situation is any indication of how the rest of their work goes, it is best to get the money they have no right to keep and forget about the whole thing.

    Unfortunately, during this Covid time, we lost a great amount of our work force, delaying projects considerably. We notified all of our customers of these issues, with most understanding, since this was occurring in many other businesses. The work was completed, and the customer submitting the complaint recorded a 10 out of 10 on our customer satisfaction form, as well as sincere compliments for our technician for his expertise and professionalism.
