    I purchased a Huion Kamvas 22 Plus for $587.43 through ******. Initially the tablet worked fine, however I kept having issues with it. I contacted Huion's customer service multiple times but they kept giving me generic solutions that never worked. I eventually figured out a temporary solution on my own. However, this wasn't the end of the issues, the tablet constantly gave me problems until eventually it no longer was recognized by the software. The tablet connects to my PC, mirrors my PC but does not connect to the pen or software anymore. I contacted Huion multiple times and I'm given the same generic solutions over and over. This led to a constant circle of events that never led to a solution. They had me purchase a new cable to see if that would resolve my issue, still no solution. This company will constantly give you the run around until your warranty is out, so they will not have to replace or fix your device. At times, they won't even respond to your support tickets for weeks, then close your ticket.

    I bought a drawing tablet on Amazon and it started working as it should but every time I restart my PC I would have to uninstall the tablet's driver and install it again for it to work.After a while I first emailed customer service on Thu, Apr 18, ******, then almost a week later on Tue, Apr 23, 10:24PM I got an email apologizing for the delay and instead offering a solution to my problem they asked " Are you still experiencing the issue?" of course; I replied.After that I finally got a set of instructions to " update the driver", instructions I followed and did not solve the problem, then I got an Email today ******* me to solve my own problem, saying that "this ticket will be temporarily closed for the next 2 days" to what I replied "I did follow the instructions and installed the driver using the link you sent me but that did not solve the problem" Not even 15 min later I get this email saying: "We are celebrating the Labor Day Holiday from April 30th to May 5th, and we will have limited email access on these days. I will do my best to get back to you after the holidays. " SERIOUSLY? What kind of "customer service" do a company like ********************** have? just the one guy celebrating labor day for a whole week?I emailed right back asking to talk to a manager and I got the same email saying they are on CELEBRATION TIME!. Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with.

    I bought my daughter a ***** drawing tablet for 239. It arrived broken, they have led us arroyando since November 2020 and will not honor their warranty. Back and forth so many times trying to send this back via email and they just tell me to change the drivers over and over which isnt the issue. Weve done every thing they ask and at this point theyre just dragging us along until the warranty expires. This is criminal!
